My hourly rate is £50 and a minimum of 2 hours must be booked. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and only book lessons or courses if you are happy to be bound by them Course and lesson fees must be paid in advance, at least 3 working days before the course or lesson start date and (including deposits) are non refundable. Please make sure you can complete a course or lessons BEFORE booking and that there are no medical, psychological or time barriers that could prevent this. Once booked, both you and I are contractually obligated and no refunds are possible. Booking of a course or lessons represents acceptance of these points. I will make every effort to accommodate changes  to dates, course lengths or agreed pickup locations, but please note this is normally not possible once booked. I treat my pupils with respect and care and expect the same in return. Any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in course or lesson cancellation and fee loss in all circumstances. Any medical conditions, diagnosed or otherwise, or any other factors that could affect a pupils ability to apply themselves to complete a course or lessons must be declared at inception. Failure to do so may result in a course or lessons being cancelled with consequent loss of all fees. If a pupil or parent cancels lessons or a course, the attendant fees are forfeited. If Winchester Intensive Courses cancels lessons or a course, fees may be returnable depending upon the circumstances. The decision for this is entirely that of Winchester Intensive Courses and will be a final one. Winchester Intensive Courses reserves the right to refuse the use of the company car for a driving test if the requited standard is not met. Please note that I do not recommend intensive courses to those individuals who suffer from anxiety or depression
